Requirements
– Must have valid drivers license with at least 2 years experience.
– Must have transportation to/from work.

Expectations
– Exceptional attendance, must be on time for work daily. Store opens for 8AM and closed 5PM. Some days may be busier, offers additional hours to complete demand.
– Need to work well and communicate with others.
– Needs to maintain professional and polite edicate with customers.
– Staying busy with warehouse work when in between deliveries.
– Securing equipment for travel.
– Ability to learn and show customers how to use equipment.
– Ability to learn how to set up tents and other party equipment.
– Warehouse duties: Cleaning equipment, organizing equipment, loading vehicles, general store maintenance and cleaning.

Starting pay
$19-$20/hr

We offer a range of equipment, from Aerators to Bobcats, Bounce houses to canopies, linens and glassware. We are a one stop shop for DIY, home maintenance, and party equipment.

What to expect.
A typical day at Taylor Rental Arlington consists of preparing loading area for daily rentals, assignment of crew and daily morning deliveries, warehouse preparation, loading and unloading trucks. Lunch around noon, given 30 minutes of break. Assignment of afternoon deliveries, truck preparation and warehouse prep until 5pm.
